Shipping policy

 

Shipping area. We ship from our workshop in Gdansk, Poland to countries of the European Union.

 

Processing time. Orders are usually processed and handed over to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days. During busy periods this may take slightly longer, and we will keep you informed.

 

Delivery time. Standard delivery within the European Union usually takes 2 to 7 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination country and the carrier.

 

Shipping costs. Delivery costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you place the order.

 

Tracking. As soon as your parcel is shipped you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number.

 

Problems with delivery. If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us at kontakt@woskiknot.pl and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
